Shipping and Returns
It takes 3–5 business days to process your order once it is received. We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 1–3 business days. (Those on the West Coast will receive within 1–2 business days, Mid-West and East Coast customers will receive within 2–3 business days.)
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Biscotti di Vecchio, Inc. is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by USPS or Fed Ex due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.
All orders are shipped from our baking facility located in Gardena, CA 90048.
When you SUBMIT your order, you will receive an email order confirmation. Once your package is SHIPPED, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
We do not offer International Shipping. For help with deliveries outside the continental US please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return products in its original, unopened packaging for a refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.
We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. If a package or the product contents is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the situation.
